How long will it take to arrive?
Within Europe, Delivery times vary between 2 and 4 days, fully tracked.
Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday.
How will I know it has been sent?
We'll send you an email with the tracking number and shipping confirmation. If you like, you can also sign up for an alert in Facebook Messenger.
How do I return an item from my order?
Please inform us within 14 days of receipt if you'd like to return any item.
After 14 days, and up to 365 days, you can return any item for a store credit or a free exchange to a different size or style - if you return your item in an unsellable condition.
Items eligible for refunds or exchanges
All returns items need to be in a sellable condition. This means being new, unused and in original packaging. We're not able to refund any returned items where the original product packaging is not included or is damaged.
We can only refund the amount paid. Sadly we are not able to refund any charges to ship the items back to us or the original shipping to you if you paid for this separately.
If an item is received as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged", sadly we will not be able to offer a refund or store credit. Items would be classified as 'Customer Damaged' if they have been used, contain traces of chemicals or substances or traces of pet hair. If any items are received as damaged or customer damaged, the items will be disposed of.
Please return your item to us within 14 days of notifying us. If we receive a return after this date we can process for a store credit or exchange but not a refund.
Returning an item - who pays the shipping costs
We'll pay to send you a replacement size or style but customers pay to return items to us.
If you're returning an item due to it being unwanted, the shipping costs for the item to reach our warehouse will be borne by you. It's your responsibility to ensure the item gets back to us and we always recommend shipping it with tracking. This way, we can find it if it's lost or misplaced.
Items shipped to you in error
If you are returning items to us which have been shipped to you in error, we'll gladly cover the shipping cost of those. This really doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we make it right quickly.
When can I expect to receive an eligible refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 calendar days of your item being processed in our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 days for items received in the warehouse to be processed and the return to be approved. From the day when your refund is processed, your bank may take up to 3 working days to credit the funds into your account.
