How long will it take to arrive?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in the EU. 

Express Orders will arrive 1-2 days after the order is dispatched. Standard delivery will be 2-4 days later. We send all orders with tracked courier service. We will email you your tracking number to follow your delivery once we have dispatched it. 

How will I know it has been sent?

We'll send you an email with the tracking number and shipping confirmation so that you can see where your order is and to track your delivery. 

How can I return an item from my order?

It's easy to return an item to us. You can send an item back to us by using this page here. We'll happily exchange your item, for free, for a better size or style. We'll send you a free replacement. 

Any item purchased as part of our 'Private Sale' is final and can be returned for a store credit or exchange only.  

Items eligible for refunds or exchanges

Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you'd like to return it. All returns items need to be in a sellable condition. This means being new, unused and in original packaging. We're not able to refund any returned items where the original product packaging is not included or is damaged. 

Any item purchased as part of our 'Private Sale' is final and can be returned for a store credit or exchange only.  

We can only refund the amount paid. Sadly we are not able to refund any charges to ship the items back to us or the original shipping to you if you paid for this separately. 

If an item is received as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged", sadly we will not be able to offer a refund or store credit. Items would be classified as 'Customer Damaged' if they have been used, contain traces of chemicals or substances or traces of pet hair.  If any items are received as damaged or customer damaged, the items will be disposed of.

Please return your item to us within 14 days of notifying us. If we receive a return after this date we can process for a store credit or exchange but not a refund.

Returning an item


We'll pay to send you a replacement size or style but customers pay to return items to us. 

Unwanted items

If you're returning an item due to it being unwanted, the shipping costs for the item to reach our warehouse will be borne by you.  It's your responsibility to ensure the item gets back to us and we always recommend shipping it with tracking. This way, we can find it if it's lost or misplaced. 

Items shipped to you in error

If you are returning items to us which have been shipped to you in error, we'll gladly cover the shipping cost of those. This really doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we make it right quickly.  

When can I expect to receive an eligible refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of your item being processed in our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 days for items received in the warehouse to be processed and the return to be approved.  From the day when your refund is processed, your bank may take up to 3 working days to credit the funds into your account.
