Refund policy

Returns and Refunds are easy.

You can return any item to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

We have a friendly team standing by to answer any questions. You can contact us via phone, email or Facebook Messenger.

Please inform us within 14 days if you'd like to return an item for a refund. Returned items must then be received back at our warehouse 14 days after you've informed us you'd like to return - for a refund. They must also be in a sellable condition (unused without any marks, stains or hairs). Please note, items purchased on sale can only be returned for exchange or store credit and if final sale cannot be returned. Please check the Shipping information on the product page to see the individual terms for each product.

Items eligible for refunds or exchanges

All items need to be in a sellable condition. This means it is new, unused and in its original packaging. You can return any item that is in a sellable condition up to 365 days after you have received it - for an exchange or store credit.

We can only refund the amount paid. Sadly we are not able to refund any charges to ship the items back to us or the original shipping to you if you paid for this separately.

If an item is received as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged", sadly we will not be able to offer a refund or store credit. Items would be classified as 'Customer Damaged' if they have been used, contain traces of chemicals or substances or traces of pet hair. If any items are received as damaged or customer damaged, the items will be disposed of.

Returning an item - who pays the shipping costs

Exchanges

We'll send you a Free Returns Label to send back your order for a replacement size or style. You can also return your item using the Free Returns Label for a store credit.

Unwanted items

If you're returning an item for a refund due to it being unwanted, the shipping costs for the item to reach our warehouse will be borne by you. It's your responsibility to ensure the item gets back to us and we always recommend shipping it with tracking. This way, we can find it if it's lost or misplaced.

Items shipped to you in error

If you are returning items to us which have been shipped to you in error, we'll gladly cover the shipping cost of those. This really doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we make it right quickly.

When can I expect to receive an eligible refund? 

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 calendar days of your item being processed in our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 days for items received in the warehouse to be processed and the return to be approved. From the day when your refund is processed, your bank may take up to 3 working days to credit the funds into your account.
